Any order can be completely Customized to you specifications, including Added Sfx, custom Poured Sheeting(provided by Yummy Gummy) and sometimes even Props! ​

We pride ourselves on quick turn around and helping make your requests and outfit visions come true.​

However due to the Customized nature of our work we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges for a different item or a credit to your account. Returns are only accepted within 10 days of shipping, Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. There are no credits, refunds or exchanges on custom orders. If there is something Horridly wrong we are willing to review orders on a case by case basis.​

Pictures often distort colors, so it is strongly advised that you request color swatches to view in person. An outfit will not be categorized as defective, or different from advertised if you think its color looks different from online pictures. However, if your outfit look different from real-life color swatches, you can send them back for an exchange.
